Wouldn’t it be nice if you could spend the same amount of time manifesting, and get your desired objects faster?
This is possible. You only need to do one single change in your routine. And it can sound contradictory.
Lower your brain activity.
Why does this work? Why would lowering your brain activity and not increasing it help you manifest faster and better?
And if you’re wondering if lowering your brain activity isn’t the same as meditation… Well, you’re close. You do lower your brain activity when you meditate, but that’s not the only time it happens.
How does meditation enhance the power of manifestation?
Let’s look at that, but first…
Why Should You Lower Your Brain Activity?
When we go around doing normal activities during our waking hours, our brain creates beta waves.
We know that now thanks to a technique called Electroencephalography, which, luckily for us, has a handy acronym that it is much faster to write: EEG.
To measure brain activity with EEG, the person in this case, the subject, wears an EEG cap.
The EEG cap can best be described as a swim cap with electrodes attached. The electrodes measure the brain activity and send the results to a printer. The printer records each input and ends up showing a lot of waves.

Our normal brain activity is at the beta level. That’s where we’re conscious and thinking logically.
We want to lower our brain activity to the alpha level so we can get in direct contact with our subconscious. When our brain is at the alpha level, we’re awake and conscious, but we have direct access to our subconscious. So we can use affirmations at that level or visualize what we want to manifest.
We can enforce that by adding the feelings and emotions that would go with manifesting our desires.
How Do You Obtain Alpha Level
There are several ways to obtain alpha level.
One of the easiest ways is simply to daydream. Stare out the window while you’re driving on the bus. Or while you’re sitting at home.
Or you can use meditation.
You can get excellent results simply by breathing and using a mantra or affirmation. Here’s how you can do that.
- Sit in a comfortable position in a chair.
- Close your eyes and relax.
- Take a deep breath through your nose and count slowly to 4.
- Hold your breath while counting to 4.
- Breathe out, slowly, through your nose and count to 4.
- Hold your breath again while counting to 4.
When you’re on alpha level, you may feel certain sensations.
Like a buzz of the brain. Or a tingling feeling at the back of your neck. Or even a strange desire to burst out laughing.
As soon as you get that feeling, or you’re just feeling very relaxed and good, you can start working on what you want to manifest.
When Is the Best Time to Meditate
You can meditate any time of the day you want.
I’ve done it on the train, commuting to work years ago. It made the travel seem faster, and it increased my level of intuition. Lots of people slept on the train, so nobody knew I was meditating.
Otherwise, good moments to meditate are morning and evening.
Morning, because you’re just waking up. You should still be relaxed after your sleep. And it’s a perfect way to start the day in a good way.
Evening, because you’re tired after your day. You’re already relaxed. And you’re about to go to sleep and to dream.
When we sleep, our subconscious mind is the ruler.
So if you can state your intention for what you want to manifest while you’re meditating, your subconscious mind will take over and help you manifest while you’re sleeping.
How Often Should You Meditate?
Most people love to meditate.
It’s a pleasant experience, and people swear to it once they’ve gotten used to it. It helps not only to enhance your manifestation power. But also to increase your creativity, your intuition skills, and it lowers your blood pressure.
There’s a lot of good things to say about meditation.
Two things, though. You need to get into the habit. And you also need to find time to meditate.
While some people spend 30 minutes or more on daily meditation, most people live a busy life and don’t have that luxury.
So how do you get started? How do you turn this into a healthy daily habit? How do you find the necessary time?
You meditate once a day for at least 3 minutes.
Everybody has 3 minutes. You will, sooner or later, try to come up with excuses for skipping a day. “Oh, I don’t have time.”
That excuse will simply not work when the meditation only takes 3 minutes.
You have the time. And it’s good for you. Besides, you can often do it while doing something else, for example commuting to work.
One time a day is great.
Twice is better, of course, and longer is also better. But get into the habit first before you try to push yourself harder. The easier it is to begin with, the faster you build your habit.
Once you’ve built your habit, you can experiment with longer meditations or more frequent ones.
Conclusion
You can successfully enhance your manifestation power just by doing daily meditation.
Meditation works because it lowers your brain level to beta or even lower. If you combine meditation with going to sleep and stating what you intend to manifest, your manifestation power will be even stronger.
It’s worth building a healthy habit of doing daily meditation.
You can do it anywhere. Forget about sitting in an uncomfortable lotus position (and getting knee damage). Just sit comfortably where you are, close your eyes, and drift off.
This will speed up the process and you’ll be amazed at what you’ll be able to manifest.
So give it a go.
