What is stopping you from getting what you want?
You often have the feeling that everybody else can just manifest their desires. But when you try, you do everything by the book. And nothing manifests.
Why?
Chances are that like most people, you have limiting beliefs that block successful manifestation.
Would you like to know how to clear those limiting beliefs? Would you like to know how you, too, can become a manifestation magnet and obtain all your deepest desires?
Method #1: EFT
Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT or tapping, is a method that has been proven effective in getting rid of stress, anxiety and limiting beliefs
Why does it work?
That’s the strange thing.
EFT works by tapping with your fingers on specific parts of your body, mainly your head. The so-called acupoints. Just like acupuncture but without needles.
This will access your body’s energy and send signals to your brain.
Normally, you have to believe in such things, but EFT has been proven to work even with people who didn’t believe in it. Scientists have measured stress hormones in the body before and after EFT. The results showed that EFT relieved a person of stress.
Believers say, “try it on everything.”
That means migraines, high blood pressure and limiting beliefs.
Where are the tapping points?
You can find the acupoints along the body’s meridians.
According to traditional EFT, there are 9 tapping points.
- The side of your hand, the “karate chop”
- Your eyebrow (close to the nose)
- The side of your eye (away from your nose)
- Under your eye (around the middle)
- Under your nose (around the middle)
- Your chin
- Your collar bone (near the center of your chest)
- Under your arm (where your bra would be if you’re a woman)
- Top of your head
How to Tap to Get Rid of Limiting Beliefs
Your limiting beliefs are holding you back from obtaining the results you want to manifest.
To get rid of them with EFT, you accept that you have those limiting beliefs and you bring their level down to zero. So your first step is to find your limiting belief number one. Let’s say it’s, “others can make big money, but I can’t.”
Before you begin, decide on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the worst, how serious your belief is.
Let’s say it’s a 10.
Now use that sentence (others can make big money, but I can’t) together with a sentence about accepting and loving yourself.
While you’re tapping your karate chop, say:
“Even though others can make big money, but I can’t, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”
You repeat this several times before you go on to the other 8 points. And for each of these, you use a shortened version.
So karate chop: “Even though others can make big money, but I can’t, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”
Eyebrow: “Others can make big money…”
Side of the eye: “I can’t make big money…”
Under the eye: “Others make big money…”
Under the nose: “Yes, everybody else can make big money…”
The chin: “All that money…”
The collar bone: “I can’t make big money.”
Under the arm: “Big money is not for me.”
Top of the head: “I can never make big money.”
Then ask yourself again how serious this belief is now. Every time you do a round, this number will go down. Repeat from step one, ideally until you reach a zero on the scale.
This makes you go into a flow where you find the words yourself based on how you feel. In my experience, you’ll feel pain when you “hit a nerve” or rather, an acupoint where you have a blockage.
Method #2: Ask “Why?”
When you use affirmations, they should be positive, simple and in present tense.
Often, we say things like, “I’m rich and have plenty of money to pay all my bills.”
This is positive (no “no” or “not” in the sentence).
It’s simple and therefore easy to remember and repeat.
And it’s in the present tense, not future like “I will be rich…”
Yet often it doesn’t work.
Why not? What’s wrong? And how can we tweak it to work?
Easy.
Just ask “why?” Instead of saying, “I’m rich” ask “Why am I so rich?” That little tree-letter word makes the world of difference.
Why?
Because when you say, “I’m rich,” you cannot help thinking subconsciously that this is a lie. You’re not rich. You couldn’t even pay all your bills this week, and you’re eating ramen noodles for dinner 4 times a week. Your subconscious knows this is a lie.
You make a claim “I’m rich” and your mind responds with doubt.
If, on the other hand, you don’t make a claim. Instead, you ask “why” something is, then your subconscious will start working on that puzzle.
“Hm, yes, that’s true. I hadn’t thought about that. Why am I so rich?”
This will make your affirmation hit straight home where it belongs.
Instead of doubting something which clearly isn’t true, your mind will start thinking about why it’s true and the Universe can do its job in peace.
There will be no doubt in your mind about interfering with the process.
Could it be that simple? Yes. The simplest solutions are often the best.
This one is easy and fast to implement.
Before your next visualization sessions, just rephrase your affirmation to ask
“why.”
“Why am I so rich?”
“Why am I so healthy?”
“Why am I so happy in love?”
“Why am I so fit and slender?”
That’s all it takes.
Conclusion
These two methods solve your problem.
They explain how to clear limiting beliefs that block successful manifestation. Your only question now may be when to use one and when to use the other?
Easy.
Use both. But not at the same time. Each has its purpose.
When you do the tapping, you need to accept your limiting beliefs and lower them in seriousness from 10 to 1 or 0.
When you’re visualizing your goal, or when you say affirmations in front of your mirror, or when you use scripting in your journal, you use the word “why.”
Both in combination will make you a power-manifester and you’ll be unstoppable.
