“Stay in the moment and all gifts are added as you breathe and take inspired action.”
~ Joe Vitale – “The Attractor Factor”
“Take inspired action.”
That is one of the most helpful tips Joe Vitale has ever shared. It’s so important not just to sit down and wait for the thing you want to manifest. You need to act.
The Universe will do the hard work, but you need to do your part.
But how do you know what to do? How do you know if the idea of taking action in one direction came from you or as inspiration? That knowledge comes from practice.
Inspiration is similar to intuition.
It’s when you suddenly feel and know what to do. Not just guess. Not just come up with a solution yourself.
It’s an intense feeling of knowing exactly what to do.
If you’re a little rusty in your intuition skills, what do you do? Is it possible to train? Get better?
Can You Train Your Intuition?
Based on my experience, yes.
Honestly, I couldn’t find any official studies that proved it. There were studies made about intuition, but not how to get better at it. It seems there’s a big need for an “Intuition 101” class.
Years ago, I discovered X ways to increase my intuition.
It helped me so much that if I went down to a train platform with two tracks, I always knew what track my train would arrive on. Even without waiting for the sign to show it.
Even better…
It made me able to point to the exact lotto coupons that would give me gain. Not once. Not twice.
Every time I bought a scratch card.
For this training to work, you must commit to training every day. It doesn’t have to take long. Five minutes can be enough.
The reward is more than worth it.
You can do it at the same time of the day if you prefer. Back then, I took the train to work every morning, and instead of staring out the window, I trained my intuition. Nobody on the train could know what I did.
I just looked like any other sleepy passenger on the train.
X Exercises You Can do Today to Improve Your Manifestation Skills
The first exercise you can do to improve your manifestation skills is a Silva Method relaxation exercise.
You sit down, close your eyes and relax.
Then you count down, slowly, in your mind either from 100 to 1 or 10 to 1 if you’re already used to getting your brain waves down to alpha level.
While you’re counting, visualize the number appear in front of you three times.
100 – 100 – 100
Keep counting down, until you reach 1, and you feel a slight buzz in your brain, and you feel deeply relaxed.
Then mentally confirm to yourself that you’re now on a deeper and more healthy level in your mind.
You can deepen this relaxation even further.
Imagine you’re going down a staircase with 10 steps. Count down again, this time from 10 to 1 and for each slow step, tell yourself that for each step, you’re going deeper and deeper.
After you’ve reached 1, you tell yourself again that you’re on a deeper, healthier and more relaxed level.
When you reach this level, you can do several things.
If you’ve taken the Silva Method course, you’ll know how you prefer to continue. If you haven’t yet, then just visualize yourself lying in a favorite spot. On a beach. In a park.
Just relax and enjoy for as long as you please.
You can help your manifestation efforts by saying affirmations as well.
Make this a pleasant experience. Not only will you have a good time and get more energy. You’ll also increase your intuition.
And with that, you’ll get more inspiration about what to do.
How to Know the Difference Between Intuition and Guesswork
Here’s the tricky question…
How do you know? The action you feel drawn to… Is it inspiration? Or just something you want to do?
This little thing took me years to learn.
Now I know what to look for. When it’s not there, it’s just me, who wants to go in that direction. It’s not inspiration.
When it’s there, I know.
Here’s how I distinguish between the two. I look at where the idea came from. And how it came to me.
Plus, I look at how I feel about it.
Let’s say you want to manifest $200 by the end of this week. You do all the right things. You go through your manifestation routine.
All you need now is to take inspired action.
You think about this… How can you make $200 by the end of the week? Well, maybe you have some old stuff you can sell on eBay, right?
Is that inspired action?
Nope. You used your logic and knowledge to reach that point. That’s your brain, not inspiration.
Inspiration comes from outside.
It strikes like lightning. A crazy idea you would never have thought about yourself. And it feels good.
“Go downtown,” your inspiration tells you.
This makes no sense to you, but you do it anyway. Because you feel good about this idea. And it’s so strange that you know for sure you didn’t come up with it using logic.
Downtown, you find a TV team on the grounds.
A man is standing there with all the cameras pointing at him except for one that’s pointed toward the audience.
“Who can guess how much money I’m holding in this purse?” he yells to the cheerful audience.
Inspiration hits you again. “$201,” you yell. People are laughing and shouting all kinds of amounts.
“$1,000, $10,000, $20,000.”
Cameras turn and point at you.
“And this purse goes to this person. Come up here and tell us your name.” And so, your inspired action helped you to manifest the desired amount of money.
Conclusion
Intuition holds a very important role in manifestation.
Intuition helps you find the right inspired action. It will tell you what to do and when to do it. All you need to do is…
To follow your intuition.
