What’s Inside?

Week One: We’ll be accessing your Fuck This Shit area (or areas). You know, the areas of your life where you’ve genuinely had e-nough and you’re ready to start from ground zero. You’ll have access to my Discovery Workbook and visualisation audios to help you move forward.

Week Two: We’re focusing on getting clear about what you really want. I share a couple of my favourite manifesting exercises with you on how to do just that PLUS you have access to the Vision Board Online Workshop as a bonus.

Week Three: This week we focus on writing out our vision for the future. I talk you through step-by-step how you do that and share my own future vision with  you so that you have something to help you.

Week Four: The focus here is on your intention. Intention is the secret-sauce when it comes to manifestation and I’ll talk you through the power of holding your own intention.

Week Five: This week is the all important avatar exercise. This exercise that I learned from my own mentor has always brought me intensely powerful results when it comes to stepping into my upgrades. Plus it’s fun!

Week Six: I’m going to show you how your vibe (your vibration) is absolutely pivotal when it comes to manifesting. This has been a game-changer for me and I’ll be sharing exactly how you can become more high vibe to attract the life you desire including my favourite strategies for raising my vibration.

Week Seven: Decluttering and creating space are very popular in manifesting circles. This week I talk about the potency of creating that space and the best way you can do that without losing your sanity. I also share a couple of interesting manifesting exercises you can try straight away.

Week Eight: This week I talk about one of the most profound of manifesting tools. I share with you how to know exactly what to do in any situation and to access your intuition, which is what will lead you to more synchronicities and manifestations.

Week Nine: Acting as if! This week is all about fun and acting as if what you truly want to materialise in your life has already happened. I share with you my best techniques for acting as if and show you what to do and what not to do.

Week Ten: Identifying the blocks. In this week’s training you’ll learn my favourite technique for identifying exactly what’s holding you back. Many times we’re unconsciously aware of what’s really standing in our way so this exercise helps you to bring that into your awareness so that you can work on removing the obstacles.

Week Eleven: Letting Go and Conscious Language. This week I share with you how to truly let go when it comes to manifestation. This is an area that most women tell me they struggle with so I share the techniques I use along with a bonus audio on conscious language.

Week Twelve: The final week is where I share the two most fundamental aspects to my own manifestations. One of which is the undisputed secret of manifesting success in any area of your life repeatedly.
